Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident and most health insurance plans. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
Medicare is accepted in this office. Please bring your Medicare card with you on your first visit, along with any secondary insurance you may have. We can bill both of them for you.
We do offer Care Credit plans in our office. You can apply for a Care Credit card at the time of your appointment or simply use your existing card for your visit.
Auto Accident/Personal Injury
Our office accepts auto accident and personal injury cases. We are willing to wait for payment until your case is settled.
